CONDITIONS OF USE

Important information.

Please read the Terms of Use before using the service. The Terms of Use constitute a legal contract between you as a user of the service and the company. If you wish to use these products or services, you must agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, contact our customer support centre or do not use the services.

1. General Terms

A. Possible Changes. The company may change these terms and conditions at any time. If we make any changes, we will use our best endeavours to inform you. However, this may not always be possible. If it is necessary to revise the terms of use, we will also consider it appropriate to change the use of your account. If you do not accept any of the above terms and conditions, please take care to delete your account.

B. User Eligibility. If you are under 18 years of age or if your account has been blocked in the past, you may not use this service. By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that: (a) you have the right to be a legal member in our association; (b) you are not prohibited from using the Websites in your jurisdiction; and (c) you accept the Terms of Service and are willing to comply with all rules, laws, and regulations.

IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18, YOU MUST TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND REMOVE THE APPLICATION.

C. Mobile Service. You may use any wireless mobile device, such as a phone or tablet, to access the Service. By using your mobile device, you agree to the applicable messaging, data usage and payment terms, if applicable. You are the person responsible for using your device. You should be aware of any restrictions or costs that may be caused by its use

D. License. You may use the Service under the terms of a personal license on a royalty-free, non-exclusive, varied basis. The license allows you to use the service subject to the terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the service. You may not tamper with the source code or attempt to take personal advantage of it. You may only do so with legal and verified permission.

E. Trademark and Copyright. You must show respect for the company and all affiliated members. By using the service, you may not use its logo, design, videos, or other materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, download, save, display or perform materials produced by the Service. You may not use materials produced by the Service for any commercial purpose except for use with the express written consent of the Service.

F. Expiration. If you violate these Terms of Use, we may terminate your account and prohibit you from using the Service. An account may be terminated in the following circumstances: (a) engaging in unauthorized, unlawful, or hacking activity, or using inappropriate means to obtain information from the Service; or (b) indicating a violation of the general Site policies, the Terms or Conditions of Use, including racist, pornographic, xenophobic, or any other offensive displays, which may harm the reputation and well-being of the Service. Under these conditions, we may block your account. All your cards, gifts and coins may be confiscated immediately and without notice. In such cases, we reserve the right to impose a fine or other penalty on you.

G. Right of stipulation. The Company has stipulated its rights.

2. Privacy

The Privacy Policy sets out the terms of use of the Service, which you will find on the website. If you agree to the policy, you also agree to its provisions that we may process and transfer information to other countries. These countries may have different laws and regulations governing data protection.

3. Copyright Infringement

We take intellectual property issues seriously, and we ask our users to do the same. We do not tolerate any material which infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. If this happens, we will remove the material immediately. If your account shows signs of infringing activity, we have the right to immediately deactivate your user account.

If you discover any instances of copyright infringement on the website, you must contact us. If you send a request to our team, it must contain the following information:

4. General terms and conditions of use of the service

  1. 1. The service is subject to continuous improvement. We may add new or discontinue existing options. We endeavour to notify you of changes whenever possible.
  2. 2. By using the service you agree to the following rules:
    • — It is prohibited to disseminate information from the service using any means of dissemination unless we authorise the dissemination;
    • — It is prohibited to modify the service;
    • — You may not do any acts to interfere with any part of the service, unless you are explicitly authorised to do so;
    • — It is prohibited to use the service for commercial purposes without the written approval of our team for such use.

5. Payout policy

A. All virtual coins earned may be cashed every fortnight. The final amount will depend on the currency exchange rate. We determine the form of the currency and can change it.

B. You must have an active account linked to your account in order to make Payouts. Payments are processed within 7 days.

C. If the amount of the Payout exceeds the value of the Virtual Coins available, the Payout cannot be completed.

D. Withdrawals do not include a withdrawal fee. You are responsible for any financial charges incurred in addition to the actual Payout transaction. These may be fees from your banking system.

E. If your account has been inactive for 2 months, the Coins will be removed from your account. Being inactive means you have not logged into your account or been unable to use your account.

F. If your account has been deactivated or deleted, you may not receive a refund of your Virtual Coins or compensation. If the Service observes any suspicious, unlawful, or unauthorized activity on your account, your access may be terminated immediately. If access to your account is denied, you cannot use your account.

6. Time limits and procedure for termination

A. The terms and conditions of the contract between you and the Service come into effect when you first start and use the Service. They continue in force until the account is terminated by either party

B. If you wish to terminate the contract, you may close your account and remove it and the application from your mobile device. If you wish to delete personal information provided to the Service, you can use the relevant functions. However, this step will not terminate these Terms and Conditions. If you violate the Terms, Rules or Regulations of the Service, the Service may restrict your access to your account without notice. If your account should be terminated, we will make every effort to notify you.

7. Consent to electronic communication

By accepting the Privacy Policy you agree to participate in our electronic communication.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

A. The service operates in accordance with the law and does not offer any implicit guarantee related to the purchase and further satisfaction of the user. The company tries to provide the best possible user experience for all customers. However, this does not mean that (a) the Service will always be secure; (b) you will always use an impeccable service; (c) the content will always be accurate.

IF YOU LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW EXEMPTIONS OF LIABILITY, THESE PROVISIONS WILL NOT APPLY.

B. The Company is not responsible for any material uploaded, written, displayed or downloaded by users through its affiliate applications. You should be aware that you may inadvertently see offensive, erroneous or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove user content in appropriate circumstances.

C. The Company and its employees shall not be liable for any damages, loss of profits, or other problems arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

IF YOU RESIDE IN A COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS, THESE PROVISIONS DO NOT APPLY

9. Indemnity

By using the Service, you agree to defend employees of the Site, its partners, licensees, and agents should any incident occur in connection with the use of your account or user content.

10. Involvement of Third Parties

In the event of a dispute between a user and a third party, whether it is the owner of the intellectual property, its carrier, or the user, you are responsible for the dispute. You also protect the Company from any damages that may arise as a consequence of your dispute with the third party.

11. Other cases

A. By accepting the Terms, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use with the Company.

B. These Terms are for the benefit of all parties involved. We reserve the right to exclude anything in these Terms. You may not dispose of the Terms of Service or any other information without our written consent. If any of these Terms are deemed unlawful, the remainder of the Terms will continue to apply.

C. You agree that there is no partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and the companies.
